felon who possessed a firearm
Unconstitutional.
but muh it's sensible goy!!!
No. No it isn't.
shall not be infringed
Is not confusing.
Felons owning guns has been an issue I've flip-flopped on the most in my life, I think.
2nd Amendment, as you said, very clearly says SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. It does not say "shall not be infringed, unless the individual is deemed to be a danger to society". It says "shall not be infringed". The men who wrote this spent weeks, who knows how many thousands of man-hours debating and working out the precise way to word these amendments so that future generations couldn't possibly confuse it.
And that's what they arrived at- "shall not be infringed". No caveats. Right now, I'm leaning towards "let felons have guns, they'll end up getting killed by a law-abiding citizen or police officer sooner rather than later." If everyone had guns, there would no doubt be some terrible murders.. but I think there would be more self-defense homicides. I think shitheads with guns would go extinct in a matter of years.
Instead, we take shitheads with guns and put them in prison for a little while. Then they come out, obtain guns/drugs again, and usually end up back in prison again. Rinse and repeat. If they were instead killed during their felony, this is a tremendous relief valve on the prison system.
Slightly unrelated tangent- who else thinks it should be like this: If you kill a burglar (or some other assailant, any person who attacks you or someone else, or your property), you should be entitled to everything that fucker owned. Any assets he had in life should be given to you, as you have been victimized and forced to kill someone. This would exclude their debts, of course- that would fall onto their family. A system like this could be abused... but it could also be a MASSIVE deterrent. If Tyrone knows that getting caught robbing a liquor store will get his shitty car seized and given to the store owner, maybe they'll think twice? Ah, who am I kidding, most niggers can't be bothered to think once.
If felons are to dangerous to own guns. Why are they not in prison?
Was just going to post this
Perfect response. That's right. If they're too dangerou to own guns, why the fuck are they out of prison?
If felons are to dangerous to own guns. Why are they not in prison?
They are still in prison, the whole world is their prison.
A felon is never "released" from prison, he is just on de facto parole as he never gets his rights back, and only gets his privileges back (eg: voting) if he asks nicely, or is a schifflib.
The entire idea of "violent criminals shouldn't get guns" only has legs because of violent niggers, spics, chinks, sandjews and jews. Yet that isn't talked about.
To your tangent: kek, nod of approval.
If they were instead killed during their felony
A great many felonies are non-violent. That's how Whitey loses his access to guns.
Any assets he had in life should be given to you
I don't see this working, as I've had automobile incidents with nignogs and the lawyers + insurance companies always say that even if you could successfully sue for all the money that the darkie has, it wouldn't cover the cost of repairing the damages.
ya but look what a thin line we're walking now..if these people can make you a felon simply for wrong think then we're all in the same boat as this guy.
How is that a reply to me?
ZERO US Citizens should be forbidden from owning a firearm. The singular exception is criminally insane IIRC, that just means batshit crazy and doesn't derive any meaning from "criminally".
US Citzens
So about that...

you're a moron if you can't see the ramifications of this.
The easy way to explain this to retards:
If you're too dangerous to have access to a gun, then you're to dangerous to have access to knives, cars, poison, gasoline, etc. You need to be permanently incarcerated or executed.
You're too dangerous to have salt.
Salt ACTUALLY kills people and does so FAR MORE OFTEN than guns allegedly do.
Swimming pools too. For reparations we should give every nigger dwelling a pool.
