Nutrition in plants is not only far less than what is found in red meat but is far less accessible to the body. So even foods supposedly high in iron like spinach actually results in very little iron intake.

We are not plant eaters.

We evolved to eat meat all the time supplemented by occasional seasonal plants. And no grain period.

Instead now our enemies encouraged us to switch to plant based diets and as a result tens of millions of us have died prematurely.

So Stfu and stop encouraging ppl to kill themselves

Who the fuck do you think you are saying I am lying about how red meat makes me feel or have not looked into nutritional information rather than the narrative, realize we are not the same and not all of us can tolerate the same thing that is belived to be based on blood type ... Seasonal plants, thankfully we learned about canning, preserving, and root cellars... thousands of years ago that point is not well-thought-out at all...

Do you even know what food to mix to create a complete protein, what about vitamins do you trust the multivitamins without knowing what other things your body need to absorb the vitamins that is found in fruits and vegetables naturally but not necessarily in the vitamins... = expensive pee

One of my major food sources for a year or more has been granola and oats, nothing wrong with grains but get multigrain...

I do agree partly white sugar, white flour, and the stuff made out of that is garbage

Jesus christ thats a load of terrible misinformation. Everyone can tolerate meat, the only people who have difficulty digesting it are vegan types who have completely dysfunctional microbiomes. Grains are junk foods. But they spend a lot of money on marketing them as health foods to fool people like you.

I did not say I could not tolerate meat... just I like many have a problem with red meat, how is that missinformation ? White meat like chicken/pork affects me less... There are plenty of people who have gas and bloating problems with red meat if they don't eat it enough for the body to get used to it... as you implied with the "vegan types"...
