Are you kidding we are omnivores not carnivores eating like that will allow muscle gain but starve the vitaimins the rest of teh body needs... for example eating vitamin K-rich veggies like broccoli, spinach, lettuce, reduces inflammation... Everything in moderation, even plant based proteins like beans {avoid soy}...
What works for one blood type does not work for others, for instance red meat doesn't sit well in my digestive system, it makes me bloated and gassy yet beans used to but seem easier to get my body to tolerate...
Simple just eat organ meats.
Chimps are omnivores, humans aren't. An omnivore can derive optimal health from either source, humans can only derive optimal health from animal foods and have limited capacity to digest plants. No different to dogs. And plenty of people do feed biscuits and grains to their dogs and then wonder why they have such a big vet bill.
I don't really see how people can seriously suggest the omnivore narrative when there are countless (at least 20) essential nutrients entirely unavailable from plants.

Nutrition in plants is not only far less than what is found in red meat but is far less accessible to the body. So even foods supposedly high in iron like spinach actually results in very little iron intake.

Do you even know what food to mix to create a complete protein, what about vitamins do you trust the multivitamins without knowing what other things your body need to absorb the vitamins that is found in fruits and vegetables naturally but not necessarily in the vitamins... = expensive pee
One of my major food sources for a year or more has been granola and oats, nothing wrong with grains but get multigrain...

Jesus christ thats a load of terrible misinformation. Everyone can tolerate meat, the only people who have difficulty digesting it are vegan types who have completely dysfunctional microbiomes.
