Chimps are omnivores, humans aren't. An omnivore can derive optimal health from either source, humans can only derive optimal health from animal foods and have limited capacity to digest plants. No different to dogs. And plenty of people do feed biscuits and grains to their dogs and then wonder why they have such a big vet bill.
I don't really see how people can seriously suggest the omnivore narrative when there are countless (at least 20) essential nutrients entirely unavailable from plants.
Ok well scientifically explain why we have the teeth of an omnivore if we were not designed to be omnivores ? Don't use the pseudoscience evolution provable science only ! Should be easy to look for a pure carnivore animal that has omnivore teeth... If your point is true...
Also as a person with arthritis I have a good idea of what food cause inflammation and which help reduce inflamation..
