Basically there’s evidence that the father purchased the gun as a straw purchase for his son, and there were notes of the kid’s found basically implying he wanted to hurt people with his gun, and they had a meeting with the parents requiring them to get him counseling. Then they left him at school without checking for or asking about the gun and the shooting happened
Is it illegal to buy your kid a gun? I guess you have to be 18 to buy one, but I wasn't aware that in most states you had to be 18 to own one; and if you can't buy one but can own one how else are they expected to get it?
You have to be 21 to own a handgun in most states
Ah I didn't even realize this one was a handgun. For a while the media was all worried about niggers and handguns. Then it was white kids and rifles. I assumed.
