Not really. Globalism is based on one to many communication and is already doomed for the dustbin of history. However the psychopaths that benefit from "Globohomo" are not going to give up their cozy position unless we pry it out of their cold fingers.

I mean, I wish you were right. But I don't think an uncoordinated response can eliminate this scourge. My point is the successful response to a globally coordinated campaign would have to be equally coordinated in global scope. And after it is all said and done you now have an apparatus that will be taken advantage of by the next ambitious group.
