Mostly I'll get butter or PB on my bagel, but whenever I do get Cream Cheese, I've always felt the bagel shops put WAY too much cream cheese on the bagels. I always wipe off at least half of what they put on.

I used to like a thin layer but a thick layer of it on an everything bagel is pretty delicious
