"for every one million male teens who are inoculated by the Moderna shot, there are 80 cases of myocarditis!"

From the Article. 80 people. Out of 1,000,000. That's 0.008%. And in most cases it will heal without any complications or long term effects.

Just to put this in relation, almost every second US citizen has apparently some heart issue.

Not sure where you're getting your information from, but heart tissue does not regenerate, similar to brain tissue, once damaged it remains so. Even mild cases of myocarditis are taking potentially years off a persons life, and the 5 year survival rate for severe myocarditis is only around 40%.

You should read up on it: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3370379/ specifically the Clinical symptoms and Prognosis sections. It's a serious, life altering condition.

How do you check for myocarditis?

[–] 1 pt

From that paper I posted

Symptoms: Myocarditis can manifest like a myocardial infarction with sudden-onset angina pectoris, arrhythmias, and/or heart failure developing within days. Most patients with myocarditis initially have such non-specific symptoms that these are often categorized in the context of the preceding infection and not as being of cardiac origin.

Diagnosis: Electrocardiography results and laboratory chemical findings that are characteristic of acute myocarditis—such as the changes to the ST segment and raised cardiac enzymes that are typical for acute myocardial involvement. As the pathophysiological changes of infectious and non-infectious myocarditis occur at a cellular and subcellular level, confirmation of a specific pathogen or inflammation requires a direct examination of myocardial tissue, which can be obtained without problems by means of a biopsy.

Ha,ha,ha, on what planet do you think cardio heals?

This is "limited hang out".

The real numbers must be orders of magnitude worse.

The cardiac events in soccer players are up 500%.

80 in a God damn million my ass.

It's not cardiovascular disease.

It's over consumption of plants disease

It's simple son. But complex.

Plants are sugars. Sugars are plants. All plant matter is sugar.

Simple Sugars gets absorbed straight into the bloodstream. This creates an emergency response. Blood sugar level must be maintained in a narrow range or we coma out die.

Eat plants and straight away your blood plant level spikes. Insulin hormone is our emergency response.

It forces fat cells to absorb the sugar. More it is a fat burning inhibitor. You can never lose weight while insulin is present..

But the sugar is burned up fast that which isn't stored. So we crave. Eating plant creates more demand for food. Plants are low in usable nutrients so more craving.

Historically this was constrained by access to plants but now we have th fridges and shops ppl eat 6 times a day at least and almost all is plant.

So we get fatter and fatter.

Obesity is the outcome which puts a huge strain on the heart and that strain we call heart disease.

Biggest murder in human history is avocation of plant based diets.

It gets worse.

Inflammation. Depression. Pissing constantly. Poor sleep. Killers.

Know this. Humans evolved to eat once a day maybe twice. It's called fasting and it's when we HEAL our body. It also destroys cancer.

You cannot OMAD while eating plants. Only meat and fat.

There is very few acceptions to this rule. Avacado is one.

95% of food in a super market is poison for humans. And deliberately so
