Seed oils aren't the only cause, but yes, we do need to switch to more natural foods. I've spent an extended amount of time outside of the states in an area with minimal amount of globalist influence and found that I stopped burning. Just natural native food and I lost 20lbs, gained muscle, memory cleared. Most american foods are poison.
It seems impossible until it happens to you, personally. The first time a ginger doesn't burn and the Mexicans and Haitians complain of sunburn, you know that something is seriously weird.
