Good to know. The rest still looks too neat to be actually typewritten. That doesn't mean the document is legitimate, but It doesn't look like a typewriter to me.
But, most of the typewritten documents I have seen are older and less precise than today's tech, so its not impossible.

I guess it could be printed but why would anyone choose the Courier font on purpose in 2021, unless it was an attempt to make the document look more "official?"
