I agree. There was one job offer I received about 10 years ago where the workplace in question was notorious for expecting stupid amounts of overtime and the burnout rate was about 3 months. They offered me more than I was being paid to work there, but I wouldn't have worked there even if they had offered me a million dollars a year. The mental and physical health cost just simply isn't worth it.
