Basically, the arrested guy got reported for a small amount of drugs and someone said he was wielding a knife but then the police said he didn’t have a knife, however, they said they found one nearby. Then the article mentioned that the guy was being charged with resisting arrest, and that he was not being prosecuted for the other laws he allegedly broke, which was the reason the police were called in the first place, but that he WAS being charged with resisting arrest but not charged with anything else. Crazy? I know.

AZ is a constitutional carry state (including knives) as long as you aren't a prohibited person (felon). He could've been concealing a claymore and it's not illegal.

You’re not wrong.. However, there was no mention of any medieval Scottish swords or anti-personnel mines in the article. Glad to know these things are not going to get me resisting arrested, lol.
