Nothing. It happens all the time. That is why we have law enforcement to investigate violations of the law. It is not their place to determine the validity of a NonProfit. It makes the an unaccountable authority. Who polices abuses by GoFundMe? They have allowed fund raising by BLM who used it to fund riots and buy mansions.
