Someone at IBM has forgotten that they built their reputation on supporting systems that were decades old. Enterprise Application Software is a long term investment and it requires a huge depth of support knowledge, you can't just throw a hundred Indians at an issue and expect it to get solved. Companies don't want to change their systems because just getting it installed tied up their IT department and heads of every department for an entire year. They don't care that it runs COBOL, it works fine.

This is a problem with the very way that investors approach computing; the monetary system. Even if a company is profitable, they don't want to invest in it for the long term. They want to pump and dump it, basically. They want IBM to be Instagram, or bust.

I guess the old guys were too white. Need to make room for some young indians.

Pajeets like their tech... and speak English very poorly and annoyingly.

They aren't even good at tech besides maybe 1 out of a thousand. They're not smart enough.

This isn't the first time this has happened. IBM does this like every 5 or so years.

Hey, I have an idea, why not apply this policy to upper management? Oh, then they'll tell you that experience is of paramount importance, but not with digital technology for some reason.

So the industry moves more towards using scripting languages that automate machine-level processes that the younger generation doesn't even know exist, and most of our gains due to faster systems with more memory are lost due to massive inefficiency by people programming with tools they barely half-understand.

Because experience makes a huge difference in every field. But paying for what shit's worth is not how rich jews get even richer, is it?

Jorgan actually looks younger than 57 and is well under the retirement age. Is IBM run by 14 year olds?

Apparently they are run by imbeciles. They think they should have more millennials working for them be careful what you wish for

Is the widow's name Diana or Denise ? The Daily Mail should sack whomever is responsible

One Executive Committed Suicide

If you're a senior IBM executive and don't either have enough money to retire or have the knowledge+skills to become an independent consultant, I don't have sympathy for you. This just tells me you were an incompetent leech for decades, which is forgivable on its own, but you also feel entitled to maintain a luxury lifestyle. Simple living is beneath you. Fuck you Boomer

Didn't say he was senior. Said he was in Marketing and was in IBM for 15 years. Probably mid-level at best. Also, what the fuck do you bring to the technological commerce table, yourself, you Millennial dickwart? A four-year degree from city college during this era of Participation Trophies and Social Promotion?

Vape on that for a bit, squirt.

I assigned him the senior exec label based on his 15 years employment.

what the fuck do you bring to the technological commerce table

what a gay question. serving big tech isn't something i'd brag about

Obviously, you're a Useless Eater, not a Contributor.
