Hey, I have an idea, why not apply this policy to upper management? Oh, then they'll tell you that experience is of paramount importance, but not with digital technology for some reason.

So the industry moves more towards using scripting languages that automate machine-level processes that the younger generation doesn't even know exist, and most of our gains due to faster systems with more memory are lost due to massive inefficiency by people programming with tools they barely half-understand.

Because experience makes a huge difference in every field. But paying for what shit's worth is not how rich jews get even richer, is it?
