You have a vibe at a company, and if it's positive, and happy, and you celebrate birthdays, the people who can't stand that shit should quit, or get the boot. Companies shouldn't have to pay out $450,000 to some cunt that got triggered by a party with people he knew. He's a fucking crazy cunt.
Men having anxiety attacks is the new black. It's all the rage. Two people quite close to me... One never wore a covid mask and claimed it would trigger anxiety attacks. Says he has them from time to time and can't work. The other had to be hospitalized and use sick time because his heart rate was like 180 and wouldn't come down. Just modern weirdness. I always thought I'd be the one crying in the trenches but after seeing how other people react to everyday life I guess I'm basically an old soldier for simply going to work and getting divorced once. One of these dudes is even totally alpha in every way except every once in a while he basically becomes a victorian lady of the court and has to fan himself rapidly.
If he said "I don't want a birthday party" and they throw one anyway, it's not fireable material if the person decides to not attend said party.
