Yes, the first outbreaks and news coverage was at the end of 2019.
Just in case anyone can't remember they put the year in the name. (It's really SARS-COV-2 as COV-1 was 2004ish but that doesn't sound as scary)

Not that I don't remember. I'll never forget the year they decided to kill people for profit and destroy business and lives and hold their jobs ransom to a deadly bioweapon renamed as a vaccine.
