In the end it was an off duty border patrol agent who did what was necessary. Abolish the police, these days they only serve to protect criminals from what good people would do to them.

I think this is possible. For example in the video we hear screaming of the parents but no gunfire.... It's possible all the parents being detained happened after Ramos was killed and medical aid was being provided. This is just a theory. We don't know until more facts about the timeline come out. Maybe it's mk ultra. I don't claim to know at this point.
