I remember the cold war... grew up in it. Duck and fucking cover. I would not say this guy saved the human race... it's too early for such a statement. But he did buy us some time... a second chance which it appears we may have squandered. A chance, whether we deserved it or not. I do believe these are the end times. Old guys are known to think like that. The old guys of my world are all passing on.
