The facts are indisputable: Alec Baldwin pointed a firearm that he knew was real at a co-worker, and he pulled the trigger, and that co-worker died as a result. I would say that there is a great case for Involuntary Manslaughter [NM Stat § 30-2-3 (B)].

But you failed to recognize the liberal authority of Baldwin, which gives him diplomatic immunity.

Yeah, liberals are allowed to get away with anything, apparently...

Remember goy, vigilante justice is bad, let the courts handle it ....

Counter-point: he was explicitly told by two people that it wasn't live. Sure he should take a hit, but the bulk of the blame needs to be leveled at the diversity hire armorer who only got the job because her father was a legend. After her performance on her first gig she should have been run out of town.

Counter-counter-point: It was a real firearm, so it doesn't matter what "he was told," you don't point those at human beings without a very good reason. Also, you don't accept at face value the term "It's unloaded," you check it yourself. You're still responsible for any negligent discharges.
