You laugh. I'm in this industry and there's little diversity because affirmative action employees just can't do the work no matter how diverse they are. Their brains just can't think that way. We do have one black dude who has learned how to follow QA steps. He's actually not bad. However, his job could easily be automated. No one talks about that possibility though. He's our elephant in the room.
I'm not contesting what you say, But it's pretty much that way with Whites now. They see the Niggers getting away with low productivity and they tend to follow suit. They figure why carry themselves and a lazy Nigger. If they get rid of YT, then they are stuck with a lazy Nigger who will never perform. Corporations have been choked into wokeness.
