You laugh. I'm in this industry and there's little diversity because affirmative action employees just can't do the work no matter how diverse they are. Their brains just can't think that way. We do have one black dude who has learned how to follow QA steps. He's actually not bad. However, his job could easily be automated. No one talks about that possibility though. He's our elephant in the room.

Funnily enough there's an even larger decline in software engineering job postings based on the graph in the article (archived version in case the full article doesn't show: https://archive.is/oAuZH ). Their best bet would be to go back to whatever shithole they came from if they're not white. For white women that got the boot, back to the kitchen with you! And for the non-straights, either find God or find yourself a clinic that'll help you euthanize yourself.

That may be true, but that's why they use Affirmative Action to threaten legal action and to entice government rewards to force them into promotion. If a token number of women, who are never qualified, are not promoted, then the company is deemed a hostile work place and will be punished by both the government and by the vapid women who claim they were discriminated against because their only qualification is a pussy.

This is what is needed, a reasonably strong recession. Something equivalent to a person fasting. Fasting causes the body to do a bit of a tidy up, get rid of shit that's lying around, including cells that aren't functioning properly for the benefit of the organism. Society has been just gorging on printed money for decades, it's fat and sick and needs to hit the fucking gym and do some significant fasting. They'll probably try and print more money to prevent the needed corrections from happening though. Once lots of people start dying from the jabs, all bets are off though.

1) The majority of employees hate DIE.

2) The lack of inclusion they're upset about is for non-diversity hires who're tired of being explicitly discriminated against.
