yes i totally agree. cheney said he told them to stand down, which again makes the whole 9/11 official story more bizarre than the nuttiest conspiracy theory. just another "oopsy daisy" from the MIC that somehow doesn't result in their punishment or loss of funding, but quite the opposite.
