How are the gun laws? They're shit if I remember right. Not total shit, but still pretty shit.

What gun laws? I've got an arsenal. Many of my friends do too. I was reloading shells age 10 with my Dad and neighbor across the street, sighting in rifles out the back door of his barn on a 100yd target ... I worked the spotters scope until I was big enough to handle a 30.06 and .308 myself.

Vermont has been physically and politically left of Maine. Definitely more Progressive.

The last republican governor was Paul LePage (2011-2019). He was a popular businessman and straightened out a lot of the mess the democrats had created ... but just like they did to Trump, the dems/rinos/MSM fought and hindered him through his whole administration. He lost to Janet Mills in 2018 ... the first year Maine used ranked choice voting. What a cohencidence. It's been downhill ever since.
