Criminals are pretty stupid though. My favorite is when police have those "lotteries" and get word to wanted people that they won something, like a big ass tv, basketball tickets, a lifetime supply of watermelon. Then, the idjit shows up to claim their prize and BAM! Off to jail with ya!
Those are the best ever. Some of them even walk away in cuffs asking when they get their big screen - LOL. I haven't seen one of those in a good long time, they must have had the ACLU or some other scum bucket lawyer guild shut them down.

I'm sure someone decided that it was "cruel and unusual" even though these scumbags show NO mercy to their victims.
I also liked the ones where they used to set up fencing, or pawn shop operations to buy stolen goods off the perps. I haven't seen those around much anymore, either.
