The USSC is a shell of what it was originally and nothing like the bulwark against the Legislative branch that it was intended to be.

Hey, its the Professor! Good to see you man.

What would you do?

  1. Make most courts elected positions, on the theory if people aren't happy with how enforcement is handled, they can toss out bad judges?

  2. make it a long-term/unelected position, on the theory the public would be manipulated into selecting bad judges?

  3. something else.

  1. something else.

Stockpile ammunition, food, water, and durable goods that would likely be valuable in a barter economy.
I really don't think there's a way to fix the system anymore; especially from within the system itself.
