I've come to the conclusion that the form of government, and the rules really don't matter. The only thing that matters is that the elite are benign. As well thought out as your doc is what would make or break it is the people in a position to enforce or not enforce these rules. As we see with the US time and time again. jewish pedophiles and crimeniggers get a slap on the wrist and white boys get 400 years for self-defense which isn't even illegal. The rules do not matter, all that matters is who is enforcing them.
The only way I'm aware of to address this is issue to make Nationalism (putting the native born first) be the core concept of the government and to reinforce it at every turn. The failing of all western nations can be traced back to a lack of nationalism. Allowing foreigners rights and equal treatment is a guarantee of eventual subversion and failure. Much in the way jews only consider if a policy is good for jews, all government decisions should be based on "is it good for us." Not being 100% a member of the nation (ethnically and religiously since birth) should totally exclude you from any position of influence in government, military, media, finance and industry. Undermining the nation (even in such a minor way as being an illegal immigrant or assisting one) should be a death sentence.
Note that I am also interested not just in what laws you recommend, but also in how you would word them, wording is important, I'd like to see how you would put the concepts in your head into words that clearly convey your intended meaning.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I didn't read it word for word, just skimmed it. It comes off as too overtly WN and anti-woman to ever gain traction. I suggest rewriting it with the following in mind.
- Write it so that it could be adopted by US, Japan or Argentina with virtually no alteration. Talk in terms the nation (same ethnicity, religion and language - from birth) rather than whites, nonwhites, etc.
- Use the family to solve the woman issue. Only the head of a household can hold any position of influence, or vote. The head of a household is a married male with at least one biological child. Only HoH can be a judge, sheriff, politician, etc. The theory is only people who have biological children can be expected to put the future of the nation first and that the family is a unit, wife and child work with the male to make these decisions so they don't need a separate vote.
- As mentioned nationalism is the ideology. The rules enforcing nationalism should be somewhat draconian and intended to keep any converso, infiltrator or foreign agent at bay. For example taking a bribe from a foreigner should be a harsher penalty than taking a bribe from a local. While it's legal to be a jew, it's illegal to lie about it.
- The population is divided into citizens and permanent residents. Permanent residents are anyone not of the nation (niggers, jews, asians, non-english speakers, etc) they can never own land, they can never vote, they can never hold public office and they can never receive public funds in the form of grants, welfare or contracts. They can not own stock or a business. They have equal protection under the law and may work for a business that is wholly owned by citizens so long as that business is not in government, finance, military or media.
- Any legal aliens (tourists, visiting airline or ship crew, etc) have the same rights as permanent residents. Illegal aliens are considered foreign spies and subject to the death penalty.
- Specify criminal penalties for violating the bill of rights. People in law enforcement and political office are subjected to higher scrutiny and must make their finances public.
Apart from those changes the US/Canadian government is probably fine in form.

Well, you can't go much further with that than where I did.
Only those who are Alive, Human, White, and Male have any recognition as human beings under the law, everyone else is legally equivalent to inanimate objects.
I'd go further a decree that all Non-Whites (especially semites like jews and arabs) be branded on the forehead with the symbol of their origins (such as the star for the jews, and the crescent for the arabs)
You need to be practical though. Trade is important. Tourists are important. I'd have no trouble going into a country to deliver iphones or take pictures of their historical sites if they said there was no way I could ever become a full citizen or have voting rights, but I wouldn't go if I had no rights and could be robbed or murdered at will.
I suggest solving the woman problem by stating that the vote is one family, one vote. The male casts the vote, but he must be married and have at least one biological child.
