First, It never mentions anything except washroom design, how you use the facilities provided are up to you. Secondly, the whole reason I posted it was so it could be edited and the revision reposted, nothing is set in stone here, you don't like something? then edit it into something you prefer and send it along, I'm looking for a collaborative effort here. The idea is starting a wiki for the purpose of designing a complete political system, not to force my views on others, but to get others involved in sharing their own views just as I have, what I provided was just a template we could start off with.
