I just negotiated and signed the first contract to off some major road work that I've been putting off in my subdivision at the town's request today, no more waiting. My first big step to getting major shit done again. Feels Great! Working on some new RFQs for tree cutting next. Then there are association memos so residents know WTF is about to happen, setting up/preparing for the next association meetings and election of officers, contracting a PE for as built infrastructure analysis, filing paperwork for road acceptance as a town maintained road, more meetings, on and on. then I have major plans for my house and need to get all that rolling to start next spring. Plenty to keep me very busy and you inadvertently helped me to kick this bad habit. Far more valuable use of my time than taking mind numbing verbal abuse from lightweights who can't understand any more than superficial depths of complexity - for no good reason whatsoever.
