Gave it some some water and crushed up saltines, it does not seem interested in either.

I think it has a broken wing and it is quite frightened.

I think I'll give it until tomorrow, see if it ate any of the crackers or drank any water, and if it hasn't, I'll kill it quickly.

Thank you for showing this tiny creature kindness. If he doesn’t make it, at least his last memories will be of you trying to help him and keeping him safe.
