You're probably going to have to use an eye dropper to get it to drink for the first couple days. Just put a couple drops on the side of its beak it will instinctually drink once the water starts to seep into it's mouth. As far as food goes just go get some leaf worms from the store. It will eat when it's hungry. Sometimes they won't eat or drink for a couple days because of all the stress. Give it a little bit bigger of a box and don't disturb it unless feeding or watering. Adult wild birds and fledglings (which is what you have) are a lot harder to care for than nestlings. They don't trust you and never will. Give it what it needs and leave it to heal. Shouldn't take too long. About a week and it should be able to fly again. Good luck and props for taking the time to care.
Edit: After looking at your other post and seeing that the bird is a fledgling it might not be injured at all. Just not good at flying yet. And the heat probably isn't helping. Same as the injury though, about a week and it will be airborne.
