Maybe I'm blind but say I change my mind and I'm in the new post page or the edit post page, I can't cancel it. I have to click on the back button or click a link to get out. It would be convenient to have a cancel button to return you to the previous page.

If you're on your phone the back button is the android back button which is on the bottom right of your phone. The foward button is located in a menu (three dots) top right of the screen and it's an arrow pointing to the right like this ->.

It's a bad implementation I know...

I use both, but currently on desktop so that's where it's more bothersome.

Back button is top left on brave desktop. You may need to show/unhide the toolbar in settings or something.

I'm not missing the back button. I have that. When you're on a desktop it's not very convenient to drag the mouse all the way to top of screen to click back. If there was a keyboard shortcut in brave like in firefox to go back I would use it. Like backspace in firefox will trigger the back browser button.
