As we talked about, Poal is under an ongoing/permanent attack (botnets), but if a legit Poalr gets blocked, they probably triggered the anti-flood algorithm by browsing too fast. Unfortunately, that's the only way to keep the website going. The blocking lasts for one hour, and it increments exponentially. Like I said before, if that's really an issue, I'm willing to Whitelist those who of you who get blocked. I believe the reason for legit accounts is certainly related to browsers that keep tabs in a session, and reload them all at the same time when it crashes or gets restarted.
