yep, its obvious how much detail i lost reducing file size in this pic. the top one for me was 63.1 kb in size, without the black added in for eyes and the bear's nose, so definitely higher by a few kbs, and my circles got wobbly.
Still, fun figuring out what the terms are called and working through it.
Remember, the less points the lighter the vector file will be.
Some curves in your file can be achieved with much less points.
yep, that's what i figured out. also draw order helps out a ton. the grey on the candy cane can be one big box with just points at the corners, while each row of red can also be just 4 points per stripe vs the hundered or so Inkscape generates when converting from an image.
from what i've seen, 2 points can form a circle in theory if you could figure out the exact position the side arrows needed to be at.
