Doesn't look like I'm mistaken. The hammer and sickle appear under the "Capitalism" side while the flag of the US and GB appear under the "Communist" side.

I don’t think the person making the meme thought that much into it but I do see your point. It does kinda look weird. Maybe they did that on purpose to symbolize that both are the same?
