Is it the same as a Cammie Roll?

I guess you stuff socks and underwear in there too for a full clothing kit.

Doesn't seem like it would stretch out socks like the Skivvy Roll.

I remember in Air Force bootcamp, using tweezers and irons to adjust my underwear for inspection. This was after lights out, but there was no other time to do it. So you were forced to break the rules and if you didn't you would get low marks at inspection.
