From a friend in the Military, I was deeply concerned when I saw something that Trump would not be our President soon or that he is not our President now. Here is his reply:
You remember the articles about other people in power when all 50 states are declared an emergency status. This is true and trump has powers also that congress and the senate cant do anything about now. In fact at this point he can abolish the current congress and senate.
I told you before all debt would be eliminated, income taxes gone and never paid anymore. How did you think that would happen? NESARA will happen, you even have an article about it in this email. It was always part of the plan.
The current corporation constitution in place is removed. The old original constitution is reinstated. Trump is the President of the current corporation constitution. Elections will have to be held in 120 days from when it is put in place.
Trump is still running for president. He will win, he will complete what he started, Kim Clement is correct, Trump will be a Two Term President.
Now they have not yet implemented NESARA/GESARA and trust me you can find information about this everywhere. So I have been told to expect the start of the NESARA sometime this week (but circumstances could push it to next week also not sure) and it will take a while to complete, probably close to 60-90 days.
Once NESARA is completed then we have 120 days till the next election must be held probably be 90 since November is election day anyway. I hope it will still be in November but it could be sooner, might even be later.

So in a nutshell NESARA is the restoration of the original constitutional government. Gold Backed (currency). And GESARA is then the resetting of all prices and money for the entire world. Every single country will go to a gold/metal backed currency.
So once NESARA starts trump is president till it ends. Once it ends he must be reelected as president to become the president of the Constitutional republic that follows. So, technically, we will have a period of 1 to 120 days with no president. That does not mean he wont still be helping with transition and such because he has powers the military does not have. But he just wont technically be president for those last days.
NESARA will also remove every government official from Fed down to local city level because they all took an oath to the corporation and are now null and void and will never be able to hold office again. In fact some of them will be deported from the country as not being American citizens that is if they are not arrested for crimes against Americans.
