Did they make a very costly unscheduled landing in some random location, stranding the passengers?
Or did they disembark an entire plane pe-flight, and cancel a flight, backing up connections, occupying an expensive jetway, and/or flying an empty plane?
Or was this at the end of a scheduled flight and passengers were asked to disembark as they always do at the end of a flight.
