Up here there's a law that all public places that have a television must have CC on at all times. Normally it's not an issue, but we have this 1 customer who has to be an ass about it every time he comes in. Makes it a point to go to the managers office and rattle off the law and fine and tells us to turn on the CC immediately before he contacts the authorities. Fuck deaf people.
