I cut down my coffee drinking to 2-3 cups per day, and increased my water intake by 2 liters. I somehow feel more active now, than when I used to drink more coffee, and its insane. I feel like so many health problems really come down to a super minute change in your diet or something, and that all the body needs is very basic corrections. We don't need meds and shit, we just need to go back to healthy lifestyle choices and what our ancestors used to do

you probably were suffering from adrenal fatigue from over consumption of coffee, that, reducing your intake allowed yourself to recover and probably sleep better

plus coffee dehydrates your body

I'm sure the body is appreciating the extra water

Absolutely, it's a combination of all these factors

You have to go over a threshold where the dieretic effect of caffeine exceeds the fluid it is suspended in for coffee to dehydrate you.

I appreciate that comment. I believe it as well. You might not keep the feeling, but it's good to recall it on occasion. Same thing usually occurs when people abandon soda, food starts tasting better as well. But it goes away and the programming usually returns. Been there. Thank you!

Maybe you are just in a manic phase, and will crash horribly very soon
