That's somewhat deceptive. Maybe the first two listings (at the bottom) were for bare land, then they built a big house, or apartments on the land?

it is incredibly deceptive. Plus, why are we complaining about housing prices rising like a bunhc of redditors? We should be calling out the larger problem and the ((( global banking cabal ))) which causes this shit.

The larger issue is inflation due to all currency being interest-bearing, and thus creates more debt then can possibly be repaid. Let's talk about that shit. I can find memes like OP's on faceberg, twatter, or faggit. Fuck that noise.

My daughter bought a house 10 yrs.ago in Phoenix. Paid 175,000. She got curious a few months ago and looked it up. It sold last yr. for 600,000 and change.

Last year was crazy real estate in Phoenix.

Anecdotal evidence... But I watched 3 properties that we were looking at buying, go way above values, it was silly. Like 400K neighborhoods selling at 750K, 150K shitbox rentals going at 275K.

The market is still rough here. You can find 150K shitboxes again, but those are what should be 100K shitboxes, and you cant make profit on renting them as a small owner.

Arizona is nuts right now. I wanted to move to a different complex a few years ago but put it off because of work. I was looking at 1200-1500/mo for very nice 2 bedroom apartments. They are now between 1900-2400/mo. I couldn't even imagine trying to buy right now and probably will be renting until the day I die.
