Piece of shit who sold me his house used cheap materials. Turns out he mixed sand instead of full concrete. Now I have to spend more than $1000 to fix this. I'm afraid to think where this piece of shit saved money again.

oh brother, do i have some stories to tell.. for starters, how does a hot water line going into the toilet sound? at some point, the list of problems begins to sound intentional to those of us with half a brain, but i have to remind myself that most people today just dont give a shit

What actually happens with hot water piped into the toilet. Does it just waste energy, or does the hot water damage the plastic and rubber?

in this case, no damage has seemingly been done. however, if you have a gas on demand tankless water heater, it is a waste of energy. still, how this happened and the fact that it happened astounded me.

Architect is a european, specs a hot and cold lines to toilet for bidet, Plumber is a bubba and solves the problem without involving the site manager....

ha, yeah, that is usually how it goes

Is your siding hardboard?

Nope. The house is made of real bricks. That's why I trusted it.

I found so much half-assed work in my house after I moved in. Bought it from, what I assume by the name, is a Mexican couple. Either did it himself or had his wetback friends do it on cheap.
