You would think given the fees, they would do the maintenance. Only a kike could come up with a membership fee for your own house and than charge you for everything on top of that. Essentially you pay the mortage, the maintenance, and the house's maintenance, and in return the jew gets to charge more for his houses based off your maintenance and payments

You knew when you bought there was an HOA. Don’t like it? Join the board. They are always looking for people, unless you live in a retirement community. My HOA has not forced me to do any maintenance that I wouldn’t normally do anyway. Stop living like a nigger and improve your lot.
