They make you pay a mothtly fee, usually its a very high fee, than turn around and force you to pay for additional value adds and maintenance. You would think given the fees, they would do the maintenance. Only a kike could come up with a membership fee for your own house and than charge you for everything on top of that. Essentially you pay the mortage, the maintenance, and the house's maintenance, and in return the jew gets to charge more for his houses based off your maintenance and payments

You accept the rules when you move in. Immigrating to an established community and then complaining that you have to follow it's rules is very jewish.

Yeah, most of the time a new how pres takes over and ir goes to shit. I'm on op's side

If I can't piss off the front porch, I won't live there.

That’s not against my HOA guidelines.

Well that's a plus. I do alot of contract work in how neighborhoods. Everyone complains but they're usually really nice looking places.

They would not exist if people would maintain their property. Junk cars parked in the yard.trash strewn around. weed filled and unmowed grass. Homes painted in horrendous color schemes. HOAs mainly exist to protect property values.

Yep. If you live in close quarters, an HOA does serve its purpose if the board is good. It also makes the niggers take care of their property. Without one the neighborhood would look like trash quickly.

HOAs are all self-governing so if you don't like it, get on the board of directors. Often they are desperate to fill the seats because the meetings are long and tedious. That is why they are often filled by petty dictators who have power for the first time in their lives and revel in the opportunity to control other people.

You knew when you bought there was an HOA. Don’t like it? Join the board. They are always looking for people, unless you live in a retirement community. My HOA has not forced me to do any maintenance that I wouldn’t normally do anyway. Stop living like a nigger and improve your lot.

My brother used to live in one and the amount of bullshit he put up with was terrible. In his case, the HOA prez was a sand nigger and after 9/11 happened he made several calls complaining of white vans coming and going from his house at all hours and suspicious muslim men coming and going. Cops and FBI paid the fucker a visit and eventually he left the area. The sand nigger's bitch wife would walk through people's yards and cite everyone for every little thing.

Sad thing is this one is not the worst. I know another guy who damn near lost his house over a DirecTV dish.

These fuckers want to charge me 50$/day for some insanely mundane violation that i didnt even know existed, these people are off their gourds

Honestly if you didn't read every single rule before moving into an HOA that's pretty smooth brained of you bud.

For every power mad, crappy HOA (or condo board or whatever) there are probably 10 good ones, maybe more. You never hear about the good ones. But the bad ones are enough that you should be very wary of ever putting yourself under the subjugation of a HOA. Because you own the place but you don't really own the place, and all it takes is a minor shift in the power dynamics of a good HOA and now your life is hell.

But even for a well run and fair HOA the costs associated with maintaining any development are substantial. Go to the meetings and get copies of the financial records and you'll see just what's involved. And not just the money but the time, and depending on the place it can be all volunteered time as well. Our place is run by a management company but the tenants consist of a lot of retired professional people and they have lots of spare time to make sure every penny of their fees are being well spent. Regardless the fees are expensive and the on-going succession of one-time costs for this repair or that upgrade are always an unpleasant, pricey surprise. But they are reality.

I'm an owner only because of a set of circumstances outside of my control. But someday I will be able to get out of it. I would never willing buy a condo or other domicile with a HOA. Even a good one. Owning your own place won't necessarily be cheaper -- it might, but there's no guarantee, maintaining a house is expensive -- but at least you're your own boss.

Glad I no longer live where there is a HOA. I would rather the neighbor have transmission on the lawn than an HOA

I'd live in a apartment building before I'd own a house that had an HOA.
