Essentially you pay the mortage, the maintenance, and the house's maintenance, and in return the jew gets to charge more for his houses based off your maintenance and payments

They would not exist if people would maintain their property. Junk cars parked in the yard.trash strewn around. weed filled and unmowed grass. Homes painted in horrendous color schemes. HOAs mainly exist to protect property values.

Yep. If you live in close quarters, an HOA does serve its purpose if the board is good. It also makes the niggers take care of their property. Without one the neighborhood would look like trash quickly.
