The other interesting aspect of this is WhatsApp seems to allow the text messages that T-Mobile is blocking. That seems odd especially since FakeBook owns WhatsApp.

Can you give us an example of a URL that is being blocked? I've heard of this happening many times, but no one ever gives examples of URLs that are blocked so we can't test them ourselves. That seems suspicious since every time I ask for some examples the OP goes silent on me.
