I keep hoping the company gets sued over one of his retarded projects when the AI hallucinates diseases and charges for a patient.

The one I was told to work on today was discharge notes. Uhm. What??? Every EHR our system uses has templates that automatically make those notes. A doc clicks a button and it pulls in patient info, diagnoses, instructions based on those, etc. The doc just glances at it and adds anything extra at the bottom and signs. It's already no work for them.

I know no one asked for this. The templates as they are went through testing and committee after committee. He is a tard and wasting everyone's time and energy that could be put to use on useful things.

Can he just croak from all his covid boosters, please?

How many different things have we wasted our time moving to just to move in to the next thing 6 months later when the tards in charge hear some other company is doing it

That must really get in the way of practicing the dance choreography for the TikTok videos in the ED. Here we are in the Winter of Death 3.0 and the nurse dance videos aren't getting any easier to make. Doesn't your boss know how to manage priorities?

While the nurses were dancing, us IT people were digging up the data required for reporting to the Feds. So dumb. It was all sooo dumb. And now they wonder where all the money is and why we lost 10% of IT when the mandated the vax for those of us who already worked from home.

I was one of the 10%, they exposed their stupidity on levels I could no longer stand. I literally argued with people about how "cat lady pillow cases sewn into masks" will not stop a fart let alone a virus. They imposed masking mandates. When they started pushing to mandate the "clot shot" (I literally called it this to my colleagues and in meetings) that was my breaking point. I did open a few eyes in the process though, many still work there even after getting vaxxed and ending up hospitalized for a months. Sad.

I ended up going the religious exemption route and even hired a lawyer to go over all my submissions. He would have gone after them if they hadn't approved it. They denied my medical exemption and he said I had enough documentation to go after them for ADA crap, but it would have been too expensive and they would have found a way to lay me off according to him, so it wasn't worth the risk, since I did get the religion.

The masking thing is entirely retarded. I have one made out of mesh that unless you look close, you can't tell is completely mesh and I can breathe okay through it - only used it when I had to get blood drawn and they'd outright refuse you service if you weren't wearing it.

When the same idiot director wanted us all in the office to entertain him when he was bored, I just made up excuses. I was not going to wear a mask and he doesn't need me there except to stare at me, anyway.

25% of IT at my org was granted religious exemptions. I've only found one other person, other than myself and my bf (he is on a different team), that has admitted to not taking it. I don't even remember how it came up but she said she was breastfeeding at the time and flipped out, so we started talking about how insane it all was.

I keep hoping the clot shot will take out a few of the assholes I work with. They keep bragging about getting boosters and flu shots. The same moronic director screaming that we need more AI applications than Mayo has, has a wife who stroked out after one of the boosters. I'm amazed at how blind they all are.
