I haven’t heard anyone claim that pulling out doesn’t work. My impression is that a lot of men are too retarded to do it—which is believable. Men misuse condoms or break them. Women need birth control as a last ditch effort to protect themselves. The point still stands. Women should avoid men who are too retarded to pull out. There should be a strong social stigma against them.
