On some days I'd watch my boss drink 5 or 6 scotches just at work and I wasn't always in his office. I'm assuming he had more. I never saw him drunk missing work and he's married with kids.

A completely functioning and successful alcoholic.

You can drink a bottle of scotch a day without getting drunk, just as you can get drunk with 3 beers

It's the rate, the speed at which you drink that makes a world of a difference

I agree one hundred percent. It's just funny how the (((medical field))) is dominated with complete misinformation.

Well to be fair the medical field isn't entirely filled with BS... When they say smoking is bad for one's health, it is bad indeed...

And alcohol consumption on a daily basis for a prolonged period of time certainly brings problems directly related to it

Now churchill died at 91... He was an overweight smoker and a heavy drinker/alcoholic for most of his life

What can I say? It's like that
