This is probably a retarded question, but are those logs viewable by regular users? I notice some obnoxious users have given out a lot of dv's but once they get hit with the sus tag etc, that history is reset (unless I'm just stupid and that DV count is still visible somewhere).
So I see some users I don't recognize as being obnoxious downvoters hit with the algorithm, whatever it is, but I can't see any record of the behavior that triggered the account reset.
